HONORABLE MARTIN T. MAHER
JUDGE OF PROBATE
Judge Martin T. Maher – prior to his election to the probate court bench in 1984, Judge Martin Maher, a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, practiced law in the private sector for ten years. He also served as the Assistant Administrator of the Painters Union Pension Fund. Judge Martin Maher is a member of the National College of Probate Judges and the Michigan Probate Judges Association and is active in the International Society of Irish American Lawyers.
