You do not need to see a Judicial Services Analyst in Room 1305, if you are filing:

·     Annual Accounts – zero assets: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Annual Report on Condition of Ward: Mail to the Wayne County Probate Court

·     Guardian ad Litem Report: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Inventory: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Motions: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Notice of Continued Administration: Mail to the Wayne County Probate Court

·     Notice of Hearing: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Objections: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Petition to Terminate or Modify Conservatorship: File at the Probate Counter

·     Petition to Determine Title:   File in the Judge’s Office

·     Petition for Sale of Real Estate in Conservatorship Case: File in the Judge’s Office

·     Proof of Service: File in the Judge’s Office

The following pleadings may be processed at the Probate Counter in Room 1307 by a Judicial Services Analyst: 

·     Accounts with Waivers and Consents

·     Application for Unsupervised Probate Administration

·     Certificate of Completion

·     Petition to Open Decedent Estate (with Waivers and Consents; No GAL required)

·     $17,000 Small Estate

·     Sworn Statement to Close Unsupervised Probate Administration
