Offices. After paying the applicable filing fees at the Cashier in Room
1305, return to the Judge’s Office to complete the processing:

consent of the Fiduciary
- Ex Parte Petitions or Motions (i.e., Substituted Service, Retitle Estate, Correct/Amend Social Security
Number, Release Bank Account to Pay Ward’s Expenses in Adult Guardianship
cases)
