MCL 700.5104(2) and MCR 5.125(C)(24) require that a governmental agency paying benefits to the individual to be protected or before which an application for benefits is pending must be served in conservatorship and\or protective order petitions.  If the individual is receiving social security benefits, these notices should be sent to the following address:
